Our trucks are equipped with cell phones, allowing
for prompt freight pick-ups. You can count on that same quality of customer service
to follow your freight from pick-up to delivery.
We currently have a staff of five full-time customer service personnel who will
happily assist you with any questions that you have about your shipment.
At Bailey's Express you will always get a real person on the phone when you call,
and customer service needs can be escalated immediately to Senior Management.
We do all the calling and reporting on the status
of your shipment. Through our integrated computerized Customer Service Network,
we are able to provide service reports and daily shipping manifest reports on your
request. We also have EDI capability.
